Support is needed for Christmas in the Park, a holiday tradition in downtown San Jose. For more than 44 years, the annual event has brought people from all over the Bay Area together. But the nonprofit could run thousands of dollars short next year after some sponsors pulled out this year.
Hundreds of people made their way over to Christmas in the Park in Downtown San Jose for opening night Friday. But this year, organizers are asking for the community’s help to keep the lights on.
